Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Voltara Trize AG, a Swiss corporation ("Voltara Trize," "we," "us," or "our"), regarding your use of our cryptocurrency investment risk assessment platform and related services.

By accessing or using our platform, creating an account, or utilizing any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

Account Security

Voltara Trize owns all rights, title, and interest in our platform, including:

• Proprietary algorithms and risk assessment methodologies
• Software code, databases, and technical infrastructure
• Trademarks, service marks, and brand elements
• Content, reports, and analysis generated by our systems
• Patents and patent applications related to our technology

Your License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform solely for your personal or business investment analysis purposes, subject to these Terms.

Restrictions

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our algorithms
• You may not redistribute, resell, or commercialize our analysis without permission
• You may not use our services to develop competing products
• You may not remove or modify any proprietary notices

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Using the account closure feature in your settings
• Contacting our support team
• Sending written notice to our legal department

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms or our Privacy Policy
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Provide false or misleading information
• Fail to pay applicable fees
• Use our services in ways that harm our operations or other users

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to our platform will cease immediately
• We will retain your data according to our Privacy Policy
• You may export your data within 30 days (subject to technical limitations)
• Outstanding fees remain due and payable
• Provisions regarding intellectual property and disputes survive termination

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.

Jurisdiction

Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms or our services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland. You consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.

International Users
